| Background |
The Gym uses several 'sets' of exercises based on a simplified creativity model. Each 'set' is typically 10 quick exercises and is loaded via the top left buttons - Fuel, Freedom and Flexibility. Each exercise is controlled by a Question, Hint and Solution button. In addition, the drop down menus provide longer exercises

| Serious Play |
The Athlete trains. To develop your mental muscles, I believe the most effective learning method is to Play. I ask you to hold back on your judging process at this point and avoid being 'put off' by this approach. The term 'Serious Play' is useful to differentiate it from child's play although they have similarities. See my rationale.
